The one thing that stands out in my mind when thinking back on Stanley was his love of the UCONN Womens Basketball Program. He was a devoted fan and could always be counted upon to know their schedule as well as who the players were (both past & present). He enjoyed recounting the games for us but never became arrogant about their extraordinary record. It seems fitting that Stanley passed during their record breaking winning streak which finally ended at 90 in a row! This is a record that Stanley would have been very proud of... May God always bless you, Stanley and your Huskies.
