To The Family of Barbara Franceschelli: I was very saddened to read of Barbara's death. While I only met Barbara a few times many years ago, she provided a wonderful memory for my family (my mother, brother and myself) when she arranged for us to meet our cousins (the Tabellione family) who had departed Italy for Australia just as our part of the family had left Italy for the United States. Barbara was somehow related to the Australians and had become well acquainted with them in her extensive travels. Barbara made a delicious and elaborate meal and created an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality that I remember to this day. I even remember that Barbara had a figurine, a doll or some type of memorabilia from The Wizard Of Oz and I was fascinated to learn that my Australian cousin knew all about the movie even though she did not grow up in this country. Barbara gave us a wonderful night that we will always cherish. With Sympathy, Paul Rotiroti
