Obituary of Ethel Rivera

Ethel Marie Rivera went on her final journey to Heaven on Dec. 4, 2010. Ethel was born in Kentuckey on March 13, 1920. She was blessed with three great loves in her life Mr. Eugene Rivera of New York City and God blessed them with three wonderful children Mrs. Connie Robinson, Mrs. Mary Jean Martinez and Mr. Eugene Rivera, Jr. Her second great love was Mr. Eugene Lopez of Hartford and God blessed them with a loving son, Mr. Richard T. Lopez of So. Windsor. And lastly, her third blessing was Mr. Angelo Michael Patti and their daughter Michele (Shelly) Lawrence of Newington. Ethel is survived by many grandchildren Sheila Lopez and Shawn Lopez, Mitch Lawrence and Stephanie Follo of New Britain; and many more grandchildren out of state. She was also blessed with many great grandchildren Samantha Lafontain, Austin Michael Gardner, Shawn Lopez, Jr and many more. Ethel will be fondly remembered for her extordinary vocabulary by her children Rich and Shelly. Mom we hope you are in peace with the angels, love Richard and Shelly. Funeral services will be private.
