OBITUARIES
Linda M. (Margentino) D'Amato, 58, of Colchester died Monday at home. Born in New Britain, the daughter of Doris (Hanson) Margentino and the late Francis "Butch" Margentino, she moved to Mystic in 1994 and has been a resident of Colchester since 2001. She had been employed in the photo lab at Walmart and was an avid photographer.
Linda is survived by her two sons Nicholas D'Amato and Michael D'Amato, both of Mystic; her sister Dori and her husband Jim Platosh of Farmington, her two bothers Paul and his wife Sandra Margentino of New Britain and Peter and his wife Debbie Margentino of Unionville; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Robert Margentino.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 A.M. at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain, and burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
