Obituary of Mary C. Tedesco

OBITUARIES Mary C. (Polumbo) Tedesco, 91, of New Britain, died Tuesday Morning at an area convalescent home. Born in New Britain, the daughter of the late Anthony and Rose (Rosia) Polumbo, she had been employed for many years at Aetna Life and Casualty Insurance Co. She was the wife of the late Angelo Tedesco, who died Dec. 22, 2004, and she was a member of St. Joseph's Church. Mrs. Tedesco is survived by two daughters Beverly Morris of Forestville, and Barbara Gravel of Newington, a sister Josephine Curry and sister in law Lena Tedesco, both of New Britain; four grandchildren Michael Morris, Keith Morris, Marc Gravel and Michele Roy; three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Thursday at 10:00 A.M. at St. Joseph Church 195 So. Main St. New Britain. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association 279 New Britain Road Kensington, CT 06037. The Farrell Funeral Home Franklin Sq. New Britain is in charge of arrangements.
