OBITUARIES
Andrew Nowak, 87, of Plainville, formerly of New Britain, died Friday at Farmington Health Care. Born in Poland, he resided in New Britain since 1950, moving to Plainville six years ago. He was employed for a number of years at Stanley Works and was a member of Holy Cross Church.
Andrew is survived by two sons Andrew S. Nowak and his wife Dori of North Carolina and George Nowak of Plainville; four grandchildren Christopher, Caryn, Erin and Sara; and two great grandchildren Aaron and Ryan.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Thursday (Nov. 6, 2008) at 10:00 A.M. at Holy Cross Church Farmington Ave.
New Britain. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours. The Farrell Funeral Home New Britain is in charge of arrangements.
