Stephanie P. (Kramer) Carlson, 97, formerly of New Britain, died September 11, 2008 at the Middlesex Heath Care in Middletown. Born in New Britain, a daughter of the late Michael and Caroline (Forjan) Kramer, she was a life long resident. She was the widow of E. Leonard Carlson. A former employee of Corbin Cabinet (now Emhart), she was also a longtime member of St. Peter Church. Mrs. Carlson is survived by a daughter, Judy Bennett of Burke, Virginia, three sons, Arthur Carlson of East Lyme, Howard Carlson of Middletown and Fred Carlson of Potsdam, NY, eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren; two brothers, Raymond Kramer of Berlin and Carl Kramer of New Britain, two sisters, Anne Greco and Caroline Brolin, both of New Britain and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she is predeceased by a sister, Margaret Tucciarone and brothers, Rudolph, Anton and Frank Kramer. Funeral services will be held on Monday with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 A.M. at St. Peter Church. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. Friends may call at the Farrell Funeral Home, 110 Franklin Sq., New Britain on Monday morning from 9:30 AM until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter Church, 98 Franklin Sq. New Britain, CT 06051.
