Obituary of Maria Hernandez

OBITUARIES Maria (Capo) Hernandez, 78, of New Britain, passed away Thursday, August 7, 2008 at Brittany Farms Health Center. She was born on January 4th, 1930 in White Plains, NY, and was a resident of New Britain for fifty six years. She retired from Emhart Corporation and was also a seamstress for most of her life. Mrs. Hernandez is survived by her sons Anthony and his wife Lucy Hernandez of Rocky Hill, Fernando and his wife Lydia Hernandez of New Britain and Juan and his wife Francesca Hernandez of Burlington; and grandchildren and great-grandchildren Jason Hernandez, Teresa Krystopher, and Madisyn Aurigemma, Nicole and Brian Belmonte, Lori-Ann, Eric and Mackenzie Ayotte, David Hernandez, Michelle Hernandez, Jacqueline Hernandez and Victoria Hernandez. She is also survived by her sister Gloria Hernandez, niece Celia and great-niece Christine of White Plains, NY. She was predeceased by her husband Antonio Hernandez. Funeral services will be held Monday 9:00 A.M. from the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. at St. Peter Church 98 Franklin Sq. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
