Obituary of Henri Boutin

OBITUARIES Henri Louis Boutin, 71, of Plainville, died Thursday at an area convalescent home. Born in Canada, he lived in New Britain from 1968 until moving to Plainville in June 2007. Henri's wife , Rejeanne (Gagne) Boutin, died Feb. 20, 2008. He was employed as a cabinet maker at Martin Cabinets in Plainville, for thirty five years. He was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church, the St. Jean the Baptist Society for over twenty five years and was a former member of the Knights of Columbus. Mr. Boutin is survived by his children Denis and his wife Tina Boutin of Plainville, Lynn and her husband Tony Ouellette of New Britain and Michael and his wife Doris Boutin of Bristol, his grandchildren Julie, Wayne, Sandy, Amanda, Steven and Nicholas; three great grandchildren Zachary, Victoria, and Alexis; five sisters Mary Blanche Couture, Yvonne Mercier, Yelonde Gilbert, Lori Ann Mercier Aline Boutin all of Canada and Francoise Tanguay of New Britain and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son Andre Boutin, who died May 11, 1999. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, 10:00 A.M. from the Farrell Funeral Home, 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M. at St. John the Evangelist Church (corner of East St. and Newington Ave.) New Britain. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. Visitation will be on Friday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M.
