Obituary of Robert M. Madey

OBITUARIES Robert M. Madey, 70, of Newington, died Sunday at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. Born in New Britain, he lived all his life in Newington and was the husband of Marianne (Ringlstetter) Madey. He had been employed at Gros-ite Industries in Farmington for several years, retiring thirteen years ago and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. In addition to his wife, Bob is survived by a son William Madey, Sr., of Berlin, a daughter Janet Lee Madey of Newington three grandchildren William Madey, Jr., Daniel Madey and Allyse Madey all of Berlin, his daughter in law Shari Madey, a sister Madeline Kinney of Berlin, and several nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to attend a Memorial Mass Friday at 10:00 A.M. at St. Paul's Church, Kensington. Burial will be private. There will be no calling hours. The Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin sq. New Britain is in charge of arrangements.
