Obituary of Neal C. Paretta

Neal C. Paretta, 95, of New Britain, passed away to the Lord, on Friday, March 14, 2008. He was the son of the late Michael and Josephine (LaMarca) Paretta of New Britain. He attended local schools and worked for 35 years as a foreman at Union Manufacturing Company, retiring in 1975. He was a member of St. Ann's Church. He is predeceased by his wife, Laura (Salerni) Paretta, two sisters Mary Pavano of New Britain and Rose DiVicino of Kensington, and three brothers, Philip Paretta of Newington, Carl Paretta of Plainville and John Paretta of Boca Raton, Florida. He is survived by his daughter Addie Paretta of New Britain, a sister Florence Capodice of Kensington, a nephew Michael Paretta of Farmington and several other nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Tuesday 10:00 A.M. at St. Ann's Church North St. New Britain. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours. The Farrell Funeral Home Franklin Sq. New Britain is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Ann's Church 47 Clark St. New Britain, CT 06051. For the past four years, Neal received compassion and exceptional care at Andrew House Healthcare in New Britain.
