Henry R. Zorn, 83, of New Britain passed away on March 1, 2008 at an area convalescent home. He was the beloved husband of Eleanor (Yauck) Zorn. Born in Hartford, February 8, 1925, he was the son of the late Henry and Bertha (Schul) Zorn. A U.S. Army Veteran of World War II, Henry worked as a cost engineer for Hamilton Standard in Windsor Locks for many years before his retirement in 1992.
Besides his wife, Henry is survived by his sons, Richard and Henry Zorn, both of New Britain and several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday at 10:00 AM at St. Peter Church, New Britain. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Plainville. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assoc., 2550 US Highway 1, North Brunswick, NJ. 08902. Arrangements are in care of the Farrell Funeral Home, 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain.
