I worked with Wayne for many years at Graphic Products Corporation and Horizon Computer Systems in Bloomfield. When I lived in New Britain we often car-pooled to work together. Wayne had a wonderfully wry sense of humor. I know he adored his wife Ann and his daugher Mary very much, and he spoke of them often. In an office full of brash young computer programmers, he was the older "hardware guy" who could build a computer from scratch when necessary. He was always willing and able to fire up the soldering iron and make us a custom cable or device when we needed one. He was one of the "good guys", and he will certainly be missed by all who knew him.
