OBITUARIES Rena (Derosier) Chamberland, 54, of Norwich, formerly of New Britain, died Monday in Norwich. Born in St. Agatha, Maine, she lived most her life in New Britain and East Hartford, moving to Norwich a year ago. She was an avid Bingo player and enjoyed her trips to the Mohegan Sun Casino. Rena is survived by her husband Camille Chamberland, her three daughters Tina Boutwell of Newington, Caroline Mason of Vernon and Maria Haynes of Hartford, her son Michael Derosier of Middletown, nine grandchildren, her brother Jimmy Gallagher of Jacksonville, FL, two sisters Dorothy Belanger and Mary Cova both of Maine and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday 9:00 A.M. from the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church (Corner of East St. and Newington Ave.) New Britain. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association 45 Ash St East Hartford, CT 06108 or to the American Heart Association 2550 U.S. Highway 1 North Brunswick NJ 08902.
