OBITUARIES Dominic D'Addabbo, 84, of New Britain, died Monday at the Hospital of Central CT in New Britain. Born in Windsor Locks, the son of the late Pasquale and Antoinette (Spada) D'Addabbo, he lived most of his life in New Britain and had worked many years at High Production in Berlin. He served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II , serving on the USS English in the Pacific Theatre, was a Tin Can Sailor, a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and was a parishioner of St. Ann's Church where he served as an usher. Dominic is survived by his nieces and nephews Michael and his wife Sarah D'Addabbo, Patricia and her husband Gary Lee, Regina and her husband William Schuch, Mark and his wife Kathryn D'Addabbo, Paul and his wife Veronica D'Addabbo, Mary and her husband Richard Davis, Robert and his wife Nancy D'Addabbo, Richard and his wife Tamara D'Addabbo and twenty three grand nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday 8:30 A.M. from the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 A.M. at St. Ann's Church North St. New Britain. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Veteran's of Foreign War or to St. Ann's Church c/o 47 North Street New Britain, CT 06051.
