OBITUARIES OBITUARIES Anita Maryann (Hennig) Zaczyk, born February 21, 1928 passed away on (November 26, 2006) at the age of 78, surrounded by her family. Born in Bremen, Germany she was the daughter of the late Friedrich and Agnes (Plugowski) Hennig. She has been a New Britain resident since 1953. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be greatly remembered for her love, kindness and strength. She lived her life for her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She was the wife of the late August Zaczyk and a member of St. Peter Church. Mrs. Zaczyk is survived by her children Patricia and her husband Gilman Derosier of New Hampshire, Pamela and her husband James Grieco Jr. of Kensington, Linda and her husband Richard Kotek of New Britain, her son John Zaczyk of New Britain, eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; three brothers Friedrich Hennig and Helmut Hennig both of Breman, Germany, Hans Gunter (Jack) Plugowski of Barnsley, England, a sister Renate of Florida and several nieces and nephews and her longtime best friend Elizabeth Ziembinski of Kensington. She was predeceased by her brother Herman Hennig. Friends and family are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial for Anita on Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. at St. Peter Church. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery. In accordance with her wishes, there are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter Church 98 Franklin Sq. New Britain, CT 06051.
