OBITUARIES Felix H. "Phil� Kummer, 90, of New Britain, died Friday at an area convalescent home. Born in New Britain and a life long resident he was employed for over forty years at the Stanley Works, retiring in 1978. He was the widower of Dorothy (Schrager) Kummer. Phil was a member of St. Peter Church, St. Peter Society, the Donou Club, the Quartette Club, and had served on the Conservation Commission for the City of New Britain. Phil is survived by his daughter Marie and her husband Greg Bouchard of Newington, two grandchildren Jaison and Raechel; several nieces and nephews including Peter, Karen and Bob Kummer and a lifelong friend Ed Landwehr. Funeral services will be held Tuesday 9:00 A.M. from the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. at St. Peter Church 98 Franklin Sq. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, New Britain. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made the American Heart Assoc. 2550 U.S. Highway 1 No. Brunswick, NJ 08902 or to the American Diabetes Assoc. P.O. Box 31160 Hartford, CT 06150-1160.Members of the St. Peter Society will meet Monday at 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home for a prayer service.
