Obituary of Robert L. Egan

OBITUARIES Robert L. Egan, 75, of New Britain, died Thursday at New Britain General Hospital. Born in New Britain, the son of the late John and Nellie (Boyce) Egan, he was a life long resident and was employed as an electrician at Stanley Works for many years. He was a member of St. Joseph�s Church, the New Britain Senior Center, the Stanley Center and was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War. His wife, Barbara (Manchak) Egan, died previously. Mr. Egan is survived by two daughters Laura and her husband Gerardo Lopez of New Britain, Robin Seneschal and her fianc� Dwight Sturgeon, of New Britain; a brother John Egan, Jr. of New Britain, four grandchildren, two great grandchildren; a sister in law Cynthia Manchak-Holland of New Britain and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers William Egan and Leo Egan. A Memorial Mass will be held Wednesday (June 29,2005) at 5:00 P.M. at St. Joseph�s Church 195 South Main Street New Britain.
