Obituary of Angeline Okenquist

OBITUARIES Angeline M. (DiPinto) Okenquist, formerly of Westover Road New Britain, died Saturday at Avery Heights. Born in New Britain, the daughter of the late Antonio and Matilda (Lanteri) DiPinto, she lived most of her life in New Britain moving to Avery Heights two years ago. She was the wife of the late Louis C. Okenquist. She was a member of St. Jerome Church and had previously been active with bowling teams. Mrs. Okenquist is survived by two daughters Barbara O. Jacques of Newington and Jeannette O. Wilson of Wethersfield; three grandchildren Donna Preventi, Jeffrey Jacques and Sharon Bachand; four great grandchildren and a brother and sister in law Anthony and Audrey DiPinto of Collinsville and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four brothers Salvatore, Sebastian (Di) Rosario and Raymond DiPinto. Funeral services will be held Tuesday 9:00 A.M. from the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin sq. New Britain with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. at St. Jerome Church Slater Road New Britain. Entombment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery Garden Mausoleum New Britain.
