OBITUARIES
Katherine Ann (Stevens) Gomez, 53, of Torrington, died Thursday after a long illness. Born in Presque Isle Maine, the daughter of the late Herbert and Mary (Grant) Stevens, she lived many years in New Britain and moved to Torrington in 1987. She was a graduate of Briarwood College.
Katherine is survived by her special friend Michael A. Giardino of Torrington, two sisters Mary Aresimowicz and Joyce Dunn both of Berlin, a brother Herbert Stevens of Newington and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Burton Stevens.
Funeral services will be private with burial in West Cemetery, Bristol.
Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain.
