Obituary of Yvonne Mangiafico

Yvonne M. (LeBrun) Mangiafico, 91, formerly of Southington, passed away Wednesday (May 7, 2014) in Rancho Mirage, CA. Born in Lawrence, MA. the daughter of the late Zephirin and Suzanne (Marcoux) LeBrun, she is predeceased by 9 brothers and 4 sisters. Mrs. Mangiafico lived many years in New Britain and Southington before moving to Rancho Mirage, CA. She was the wife of the late Samuel V. Mangiafico. A former employee of the D & L Stores in New Britain, she was also a long time parishioner and volunteer at St. Ann's Church. Mrs. Mangiafico is survived by two daughters Susan (Gene) Geraci of California and Sharon Brown of Massachusetts; 5 grandchildren Craig Geraci and Kristen Geraci Campos; Stephen, Brian and Matthew Brown; two great grandchildren Tatum and Vance Geraci; one brother Elphege LeBrun of Florida and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday (May 23, 2014) with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Ann's Church North St. New Britain. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM and Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain.
