Obituary of Frank C. Magnoli
Frank C. Magnoli, 75, of Middletown, died peacefully on Sunday, September 1, 2024 at home after a brief illness. Born on January 13, 1949, he was the son of the late Frank J. and Ida (Scagliotti) Magnoli. He was a 1967 graduate of Berlin High School and went on to Middlesex Community College and Central Connecticut University. After a brief time in insurance, he worked many years as a sales manager for liquor distributor Brescome Barton and later the Kobrand Corporation of New York.
Frank was well known for his wit and sense of humor and could be counted upon to entertain everyone everywhere he went. He was an avid UConn Huskie and New York Sports fan and enjoyed travelling.
Frank is survived by his daughter, Stephanie M. Magnoli of Middletown, his sister and brother-in-law, Denise M. and Jim L. McNair, his niece, Lauren M. Marchetti (Ron) of Berlin, his nephew, John L. McNair (Bre) of Wethersfield, his gran nephew, Grayson J. McNair, his special friend and longtime companion, Elaine Rifkin of Shelton and many cousins and friends.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Saturday (Sept 7th) from 9:00 – 10:30am with a Prayer Service at 10:30am at the Farrell Funeral Home, 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, 1141 Stanley St. New Britain. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Ryan T. Lee Foundation, 103 Peter Parley Row, Berlin CT 06037.
