Q: How would you describe Timothy to someone who had never met them?
A: Tim was a kind, caring family man, could-worker and friend that was well liked by everyone and Loved by so many. I remember as a new recruit for the New Britain Police Department, when it was most fashionable for the new guys to be treated like Rookies, Tim was one of the few that treated me with great respect and was very supportive. He was a great police officer and a valued mentor. I loved our conversations. I pray that Tim is received by our Lord Jesus Christ with open arms and that he may enjoy the Glory of God. My condolences to the entire family, I Love you all. My husband, Joe and I pray for your peace.
