We will always treasure the time with Don. He and Jean hosted the most wonderful parties especially on July 4, Donna's Birthday. Don loved delicious food and his barbecues and parties reflected that! Jean was with others preparing wonderful dishes in the kitchen while Don was out on the patio supervising the grill. So many people were there and what wonderful times we had!
Always so kind and loving to our daughters Lauren and Melissa, they grew in our daughters' hearts as "Nana and Papa." We always loved having them at our house to share in good food and good times.
I believe Don and Jean are in the joy of heaven now with Our Heavenly Father as they look back on all the people they touched with their love and reflect on their lives together well-lived. They are embracing and smiling as they look down on their beautiful family and very grateful friends.
