Mike was born on May 12, 1963 in New Britain to Susan Ann (Gay) and Stanley Joseph Pajor Jr. Growing up in Berlin Mike earned the nickname Torch. He graduated from Berlin High School in 1982 after which he went to work as an operating engineer at Tilcon for 38 years. Mike lived and loved life to its fullest. His presence was larger than life and could be felt by everyone around him; not to mention, you couldn’t help but laugh at the stories Mike would not only tell but act out as well.

Mike’s greatest pastime though was spending time with his family, longtime partner, and friends whom meant the world to him.
