Obituary of Marie C. Plourde

Marie C (Levesque) Plourde 84, passed away Monday May 22, 2023 with family by her side. She was predeceased by her husband Edmund F. Plourde.

She leaves behind her 4 children. Bruce Plourde his wife Janice, Brenda Plourde her wife Julia, Tina Palmese her husband Mark Sr., and her son Dana Plourde.

She also leaves behind 8 grandchildren. Joseph Plourde his wife Karen, Amy Damboise her husband Justin, Cody Plourde his wife Samantha, Danielle Lamont her fiancé Mark, Matthew Lamont, Chase Lamont and his partner Jessica, Mark Palmese Jr. his wife Rosemarie, Amanda Glowicki her husband Aaron.

She also leaves behind her 14 great-grandchildren. Ethan, Logan, and Eleanora Plourde. Calleigh, and Carter Damboise. Nathalia, Gaige, Zachary, and Amelia Lamont. Mark III, and Miles Palmese. Andrew, Alyvia, and Aryia Glowicki.

She was predeceased by 3 brothers, Guido, Gilles, and Leonide Levesque. 3 sisters, Doris Pinette, Ida Michaud, and Greta Belanger.

She is survived by 3 brothers, Reno, Conrad, and Rocky Levesque. 3 sisters Emma Lang, Rachel Albert, Joan Albert.

During her life she was employed at Emhart Corp for many years. She was a member of St. Peters Church. She was an avid bingo player, and loved playing cards with family and grandchildren.

Calling hours are Friday May 26, 2023 from 4-7pm., at Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain, CT.  Family and friends will meet on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at 9:00am at Farrell Funeral Home, with a Mass of Christian Burial, 10 am at St. Peters Church, 98 Franklin Sq. New Britain CT. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, New Britain CT.
