Dear Teri, Joanne, Hans and grandchildren, Judy and I are so sad that Karl has passed away. We know that his loss to you is great and we hope that God's love is comforting you. Karl and I knew each other for 65 years and he has been a strong and true friend, who we will truly miss. We are grateful for his and your friendship over the years and have many warm memories (and 8mm films) of good times that we shared. You remain in our thoughts and prayers. Dear Teri, Joanne, and Hans, I am so sorry to read this morning of Karl’s passing. He was an absolutely wonderful Father, Teacher, NBFT/ Union advocate Par excellance. Due to extenuating circumstances, very unfortunately, I may not be able to attend the service. Please know that my heartfelt prayers are with all of you.
