Obituary of Maryellen Crowley Kindelan

Maryellen Crowley Kindelan, 75, of Waterbury, died peacefully Monday, June 27, 2022, at the Autumn Lake Healthcare Facility at Bucks Hill in Waterbury, CT. Born November 30, 1946 to Joseph A. and Anna Reynolds Crowley in West Hartford, CT. Maryellen attended New Britain High School and graduated from St. Francis School of Nursing. Maryellen is survived by her husband of 48 years, Davey M. Kindelan; her children, Eileen Kindelan Swirsky, Shawn Kindelan, Richard Kindelan, Shannon Kindelan and Michael Kindelan; her grandchildren, who were her world, Zachary Kindelan and Emily Swirsky and her great grandchildren, Madilynn and Makelle Kindelan .She also leaves a sister, Joanne Casey, and was predeceased by her brother Joseph Crowley. Maryellen also leaves behind many nieces and nephews whom she loved. She also leaves a sister Joanne Casey and many nieces and nephews. One of Maryellen’s favorite joys was singing for many years. She was a member of SONE (Sounds of New England) Chorus which performed in many concerts and contests throughout the United States. She was also a Minister of Eucharist at the Church of the Epiphany in Cheshire, CT. Her family would like to thank the staff at Hartford Healthcare Hospice for the kind and compassionate care provided. Calling hours will be Friday (July 8, 2022) from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain. A prayer service will be at held at 6:00 PM, Friday, during the calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
