Carmen A. (Alos) Soria 97, of New Britain, died Tuesday (May 17, 2022) at Avery Heights in Hartford. Born in New Britain, the daughter of the Late Miguel and Carmen (Rierea) Alos, she was a lifelong resident. A graduate of local schools, she was employed by the State of Connecticut as a Senior Clerk. She was a member of the DAV Auxiliary, the Women’s Club of New Britain, St. Jerome Church and the Adult Social Club of the church.
Carmen is survived by her daughter in law Izabela Rak and two great grandsons Alex and Joseph Soria.
Funeral services will be held Saturday (May 21, 2022) at 10:00 AM at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain. Visitation will be held from 9:00 until the service at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery 1141 Stanley St. New Britain.
