Mark Dennis Ouellette passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 29, 2022, doing what he loved best, fishing on the river. He is predeceased by his parents Helen (Labutis) and Nelson Ouellette. He leaves behind the love of his life and wife of 41 years Jean (Weber) Ouellette, his sisters Marjorie and her husband Phillip Motto, Denise and her husband Joseph Trentalange, niece Christine Gagnon and nephew Stephen Motto and great nieces and nephews, Daria Gagnon, Christian Motto and Ethan Motto. In addition, lifetime friends Mike Peck, Ricky Nyborg, and Allyn Onisto. His dogs Bailey and Brandy will miss him deeply. Mark was an exceptional carpenter able to build anything with his hands. He had an amazing ability to bring an idea to reality. Mark had a long career with Drywall Unlimited in Farmington Connecticut for many years and worked for Dream Developers of CT. as a project superintendant before retiring. Upon retirement he resided with Jean and his two dogs in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. He was a volunteer fireman in Newington, CT., and a member of the Royal Order of the Moose in Surfside Beach, SC. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Mark’s life on Friday (June 3) from 4:00 – 7:00 PM with A Prayer Service at 6:00PM at the Farrell Funeral Home, 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain. Burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his memory to the American Heart Association 7272 Greenville Ave. Dallas, TX 75231 or the American Cancer Society PO Box 22478 Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
