I was so sorry to read about the passing of your mom/wife. I have many fond memories of Rita and her cousins growing up in New Britain and "hanging" out at Washington Park. Summers were spent playing four square, swimming at the pool and watching baseball games in the evening. Many years later I was able to connect with Rita at Vance School and we would reminisce about our many summer adventures and have a good laugh. She was very proud of her family and enjoyed working with all of the students at Vance. May the memories that you shared with her be a blessing in the days ahead. Dear David, Dana and Brian, Our sympathy, prayers and thoughts are with you. I met Rita at CCSU, freshman year. We became instant friends and had many memorable antics together throughout our friendship. We shared laughes, joys and tears. I still treasure the things she made me and gave me, especially her friendship. She was loving, caring, thoughtful, creative and had many talents that we will all miss.
