She was extremely proud of the family she had built with Russ. Helen is survived by her only child, her wonderful daughter, Dawn Dorsey and her husband Patrick whom she lived with for the past year and a half. She leaves two beloved grandchildren, Justin Dorsey of New Britain, and Erin (Dorsey) Filon and her husband Timothy of Bristol. The light of her life were her two great grandchildren, Shannon Elizabeth and Ryan Patrick Filon of Bristol. She is also survived by her special niece/Godchild, Christine Chernick of Newington, several nieces and nephews and a host of special friends. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her parents Martin and Anna Rutkauskas, her sister, Isabel Chernick and her brother, Frank Rutkauskas.
