Bernadine M. “Beverly” Perrotta, 89, of Newington, died Wednesday Night (Dec. 9, 2020) at home. Born in New Britain, the daughter of the late John and Mary Zotter, she lived most of her life in Newington. She was employed for many years as a secretary at the Newington High School, retiring about 14 years ago. She was a member of St. Peter Church, New Britain, the World Apostolate of Fatima, Our Lady’s Blue Army, Hartford Division for over 20 years, and scheduled and took part in numerous Retreats for over 25 years. Beverly is survived by her children Patricia Bohman Martin. of Newington, Joseph Perrotta of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Debby and her husband Jeff Gotta of East Berlin; her grandchildren Daniel Bohman and his wife Sharisse, Julia and Jeffrey Gotta; and her great granddaughter Ellia. Beverly's family would like to extend their gratitude and appreciation to George Brayne, care giver and companion who provided love, support and caring to their mother for numerous years. They will forever be grateful. Funeral services will be held Monday (Dec. 14, 2020) with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at Divine Providence Parish (St. Peter Church) 98 Franklin Sq. New Britain. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. A walk through visitation will be Monday from 9:00 AM until the time of the Mass at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to, World Apostolate of Fatima P.O. Box 976, Washington, NJ 07882.
