Dear Josephine and family,
So sad to hear of Joe’s passing. He was a great man, and admired by many in the Social Security Administration. Joe was my first supervisor back in 1965 in Hartford, Ct. office, where I started as a receptionist. Throughout the years, it was always a pleasure to talk and work with Joe in is many roles at our agency. I will always remember when he would sit on the floor, take his tie and swing it over his shoulder. He would talk and laugh about everything. We all retired as Manager’s of different offices in CT and saw each other often. Joe will be missed and his infectious laugh will stay with me forever. Rest In Peace, Joe.
