Obituary of Linda Lee Ohanesian

Linda Lee (Caiazza) Ohanesian, 67, of Berlin died early Tuesday Morning (Nov. 20, 2018). Born in New Britain, the daughter of the late Walter and Olga (Della Bernarda) Caizza, she lived in New Britain and Berlin most of her life. She had been employed by the State of Connecticut and by the Institute of Living, as an administrator, retiring five years ago. She was the former President of the local AFSCME Union.

Mrs. Ohanesian is survived by her husband David Ohanesian, her son Joseph Ohanesian of Bristol, a sister Noreen and her husband Gerald Rulkowski of Bristol; a granddaughter Sophia Mae Ohanesian and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday (Nov. 24, 2018) 9:00 AM from the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM  at St. John the Evangelist Church 655 East St. New Britain. Burial in St. Mary Cemetery, will be held privately. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society 825 Brooks St. Rocky Hill, CT 06067.
