Obituary of Andrea Carrier

Andrea Carrier, 75, of New Britain, died Thursday at the Jerome Home. Born in Canada, he came to New Britain in 1964 and worked for Berlin Steel for many years. He was a member of St. Maurice Church. He was the husband of the late Rose (Jacques) Carrier who died in April 19,1980. Andy was a devoted family man who will be missed by his loving children and grandchildren ; his two sons Gaetan and his wife Mary Carrier of Maryland, Dany and his wife Brenda Carrier of Southington; his daughter Linda and her husband Tom Grunwald of Southwick, MA; His grandchildren Grant and Gabriella Carrier of Maryland, Michael, Kayla and Nicole Carrier of Southington; Jason, Kimberly and Johnathan Grunwald of Southwick, MA; two brothers and a sister in Canada; and his longtime friend and companion Patricia Bolduc of New Britain. He was predeceased by his twin brother, Adrien. Funeral services will be held Tuesday 9:00 A.M. from the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. at St. Maurice Church 100 Wightman Road New Britain. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
