Obituary of Simone R. Angelo

Simone (Raymond) Angelo, 82, died late October 14, 2018 at the Jerome Home in New Britain. Born in Ft. Kent, Maine, the daughter of the late Onsime and Lillian Raymond, she lived most of her life in New Britain. She was the wife of the late Joseph C. Angelo, who died Dec. 29, 2010.

Mrs. Angelo is survived by two sisters Gertrude Boissonault of Berlin, Lucy Madore of New York; a sister-in-law Carol Manjoney of Trumbull; two brothers-in-law Robert Angelo of Wolcott and Stanley Kurasienski of Newington and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will  be held Wednesday (Oct. 24, 2018) at 11:00 AM at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery New Britain. Visitation will be Tuesday (Oct. 23, 2018) from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association Connecticut Chapter 200 Executive Blvd #4b Southington, CT 06489. The family would like to thank the staff at Jerome Home for their care and compassion to Simone.
