Mary E. (Mlodojewski) Perzanowski, 93, of Berlin, died Monday ( Jan. 9, 2017) at an area convalescent home. Born in Canada, the daughter of the late John and Mary Mlodojewski, she lived in Berlin most of her life. She was the widow of Henry Perzanowski. From 1960 to 1985, she owned and operated the Red Cedars Motel. Mary is survived by a daughter Chris Aldi of Bristol; three sons Michael and his wife Nancy Perzanowski, Marty and his wife Sandra Perzanowski, and Alex Perzanowski, all of Berlin; 9 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a grandson, Jason. Friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Friday (Jan. 13, 2017) 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 48 Cottage St. East Berlin. Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Meriden. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project PO BOX 758516 Topeka, KS 66675 or to the Salvation Army 78 Franklin Square, New Britain, CT 06051 The family would like to thank Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care along with Apple Rehab Cromwell for their care during this difficult time.
