Obituary of Frances Pavlak

Frances M. Pavlak, 90, passed away peacefully Monday August 6, 2012 at the Jerome Home. She was originally from Rockaway Park, New York City but moved to Rocky Hill over 17 years ago to be with her devoted daughter and son-in-law Cindy and Paul Muzyk. She was preceded by her husband Matthew Pavlak and her son Matthew F. Pavlak. She is survived by her daughter Cindy Muzyk, son-in-law Paul who has always been there for her, two grandchildren, Matthew and Jennifer Pavlak and daughter-in-law Cathy Pavlak of Reston, Virginia. Private burial will take place in St. Michael's Cemetery, Astoria, Long Island, New York City. Visitation will be Wednesday Morning from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin sq. New Britain. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jerome Home 975 Corbin Ave. New Britain, Ct 06052 or to the Rocky Hill Congregational Church, 805 Main St. Rocky Hill, CT 06062. The family would like to thank all the staff on East One of Jerome Home, for their wonderful care they provided to Frances while she was there. They were a second family to her the last two and a half years. She will truly be missed by her family and friends.
