Obituary of Charlotte Bedient

Charlotte (Zarotney) Bedient, 94, of Kensington, died Wednesday (Dec. 13, 2023). Born in Kensington, the daughter of the late Stanley and Mary Zarotney,  and widow of Edwin R. Bedient. She attended Kensington Grammar  School. She was employed for many years in the  Medical Records Department of Gaylord Hospital and was a parishioner of St. Paul’s Church.

Mrs. Bedient is survived by her daughter Diane Carpenter and her granddaughter Sara Carpenter.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday (Dec. 19, 2023) at 10:00 AM at St. Paul’s Church,  485 Alling St. Kensington.  Burial will follow in Maple Cemetery, Berlin. Visitation will be Tuesday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Paul’s Church.
