Obituary of Arletta I. Greenwald

Arletta (Sakowska) Greenwald, 55, of Berlin, CT., beloved wife of 12 years of Brian Stevens, passed away on Friday, August 25th, 2023.

Arletta was born on May 28th, 1968, in Wrocław, Poland. When she was nine years old, she immigrated to the United States where she was raised by Renata (Daum) Lawley and Warren Lawley, earned a master's degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and pursued a career in accounting as a controller for Marmon Industries.

Arletta enjoyed being outdoors around Connecticut and enjoyed spending time in Newport, Rhode Island.

Arletta is survived by Brian Stevens, her two children, Evan and Michael Greenwald and brother Artur Sakowski.

Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Thursday (August 31, 2023) from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Farrell Funeral Home, 110 Franklin Square, New Britain.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
