It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Gladys F. Martin (Cote), who left us peacefully on the evening of August 21, 2025, at the age of 91. Born on March 31, 1934, Gladys was predeceased by her husband Patrick Calvin Martin since 2003. She was a beloved mother and grandmother who always cherished her family.
She is survived by her son, William Martin, her daughter-in-law, Patricia Martin, three grandchildren: Amber, Danielle, and Emily Martin, two great-grandchildren, Amelia Barahona and Karter Martin-Arce and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services for Gladys will be held on Tuesday September 2nd with a visitation from 10:00 – 11:00am followed by a Prayer Service at 11:00am at the Farrell Funeral Home, 110 Franklin Sq. New Britain. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, 1141 Stanley St. New Britain.
