I have been at a loss for words. You left too soon but you left behind a part of you. I know you will be watching from above seeing how Carson grows.
May you be at peace.

I've known Rob since the 1st grade back in 1999 over 20 years of friendship. Me and him went to tons of concerts together during and after highschool seeing our favorite metal bands , that were some of the best memories of my life. He came to visit me and my family in California last June and we had a great time hanging out and going to an Angels game. I'm happy we got to share that time together and he got to meet both my kids and spend some time with them. Through all the bullshit you were the one guy who was gunna tell it how it really was. A funny loving big guy is what you'll be remembered for. God rest your soul Rob.

Rob and I met back in 2018 through work. The running joke was that I wouldn't sell his friend spark plugs, then it turned into cracking jokes over the phone when we talked for work. I don't think I took any more fun calls at work then when Rob called in. From there it turned into him helping me with my car, then for a while couldn't be separated. From concerts, nights in at home, holidays, us almost blowing each others cars up (that poor WRX and Jetta), you name it. Since then, we had so many ups and downs and all that in between. Rob gave me the biggest blessing ever of becoming a mother and I will forever be thankful to him for that. Carson is our pride and joy. Despite many challenges, Rob's priority was always his son. Rob always made sure to let Carson know how much he loved him and never told him no (even when Carson needed to be told no, dad was always to the rescue). Carson looked forward to his time with his dad, and always was excited to tell me what kind of donut he had for breakfast with dad. The stories could go on and on and the moments with Carson I could be here typing all day. Everything aside since 2021 we had one job and that was to be the best parents possible to Carson. Rob tried like hell to be the best possible Man he could be, and its owed to him to make sure Carson knows that. We miss you, thank you Rob for everything.

Rob was truly one of the funniest people I’ve ever known. His sense of humor was unmatched—he always had me laughing, no matter the situation. We met around 20 years ago when my neighbor Kris introduced us, since I wasn’t living in Connecticut full-time and didn’t go to school there. From the start, we clicked.
Some of my favorite memories are of us playing paintball in my backyard—or even better, fake paintball in my basement, sliding around on sleeping bags and arguing about who got who first, even though we weren’t actually firing anything. Over the years, we bonded through countless games of paintball, working on cars, going to meets, drifting, and eventually working together at the auto shop. Rob was always there, always solid—a great friend through and through.
Even after I moved back to New Jersey, got married, and had kids, and life started pulling us in different directions, we never really lost touch. We’d still talk on the phone and catch up whenever I was back in Connecticut. I remember hearing his son Carson in the background during those calls—his voice full of love and admiration for his dad. And you could hear that same love in Rob’s voice when he responded. Carson knew that if he asked nicely, Daddy couldn’t say no.
Rob was not only an incredible friend, but an even better father. His kindness, loyalty, and love left a mark on everyone who knew him. He will be deeply missed. I love you, bro. Rest easy. Say hello to Trevor for me
