Obituary of Mary Lynch

Mary Ellen Lynch, 87, of Newington, died Friday at the Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain. Born in New Britain, the daughter of the late Timothy and Nora (Farrell) Lynch she lived most of her life in Newington. She was employed for many years at the Aetna Life Insurance Company in Hartford and was a long time member of St. Mary Church. She is survived by her sister, Alice Daly of Newington; her nieces and nephews Nancy and her husband Vinnie Ritone of Berlin, Mary and her husband Anthony Botticello of Florida, Joe Daly of Hermosa Beach, CA and Trish Daly of Hartford; her grand nieces and nephews Scott Kelly, Shannon Ritone, Daryl and his wife Jamie Ritone, Nicole and her husband Timothy Miller, Briona Ritone; and great grandniece Kendall and great grandnephew Austin. A Memorial Mass will be held Thursday August 22nd at 11 A.M. at St. Mary Church 626 Willard Ave. Newington. Burial will be private in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Church or to American Cancer Society.
