Obituary of Patricia N. O'Leary

Patricia (Nancy) Bain O'Leary , 77, of Deltona, Florida and formerly of New Britain, CT died peacefully Monday (June 22, 2013). She was surrounded by all her loved ones. For 55 years, she was the loving wife to Patrick O'Leary. She was born in New York City. She was the daughter of the late Frances Jenosky Bain. She graduated from New Britain High School where she was excelled in all sports. She was an active member of Holy Cross Church , was employed by The State of Connecticut Welfare Department and the Thompson Insurance Agency in Farmington. Patricia leaves behind her loving husband Patrick, her daughter Francine (O'Leary) Truglio, her son in law Paul Truglio, her son Scott O'Leary and her daughter Sandra (O'Leary) Monteiro. She leaves behind her sister Joan Bain Kaye whom she shared a very special relationship with, along with her brother in law John Kaye. She will be dearly missed by her family, whom she taught tremendous courageousness and compassion. Patricia leaves behind five precious grandchildren, Marissa Frances Truglio, Chloe Maria Truglio, Evan Patrick Monteiro, Kelli Marie O'Leary, Alexandra Maria Monteiro and her first great grandson Mason Anthony Orm. Patricia was a very proud grandmother of all of her grandchildren and cherished them all unconditionally. Patricia was very compassionate, true to her word, found good in all people, spoke kindly of all people and helped others genuinely. The gates of heaven opened quickly as she joined her loved ones: her mother Frances, her sister Alexandra and her son Christopher. She will be truly missed by all. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Friday at 10:00 A.M.at St. Patrick's Church 110 Main St. Farmington. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, New Britain. There are no calling hours.
