Obituary of John Baumberger

John J. Baumberger, 90, of Forestville, died Thursday Night (June 27, 2013) at an area convalescent home. Born in New Britain, the son of the late John and Agnes (Patorek) Baumberger he lived in New Britain and Bristol all of his life. He was a World War II U.S. Navy Veteran and was employed for many years at Stanley Works.
Mr.Baumberger is survived by two sons James Baumberger, and Joseph and his wife Karna Baumberger, all of Bristol. Two grandsons Matthew Baumberger of Mancheter and Todd Baumberger of Bristol; and a great grandson Matthew Baumberger, Jr. He was predeceased by a son John Baumberger, Jr.
Funeral services will be held Monday 11:00 A.M. at the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin sq. New Britain. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. Visitation will be Monday from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
