Obituary of Keith J. Wilbur

Keith J. Wilbur, 63, of Newington, died Monday (Jan. 14, 2013) at the Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain. Born in New Britain, the son of the late Weldon and Mildred (Morley) Wilbur, he lived in Newington all his life. He had been employed for many years at the National Car Rental Co. as a sales representative. Keith served his country during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Air Force and was an avid World War II history buff. Keith is survived by his sister Faith and her husband William Sullivan of Southington; his brother Kevin Wilbur of Newington; two nieces Erin Benadum, Shannon Branda; and a great niece Norah Branda. Keith's final act was to give the gift of life through tissue donation, therefore his services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association 5 Brookside Drive Wallingford, CT 06492 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
