Joseph W. Thibodeau, Jr., 54, of New Britain, died Thursday (Jan. 24, 2019) at home with his faithful companion, Rufus, by his side. Born in Hartford, the son of the late Joseph and Bertha (Dumais) Thibodeau, he worked at The West Hartford Stairs and Cabinet Co. for many years.
Joe is survived by Lori A. Thibodeau, Christina M. Thibodeau and her partner, Eric; Jessica A. Thibodeau and her partner, Kenny; Justin M. Thibodeau and his wife, Jennifer; two granddaughters, Kaylee and Abigail; his sister, Deborah Thibodeau and her partner, Steve; and Crystal Thibodeau. Funeral services will be private.
