One of the Best Chef's, if not "The Best" I have had the pleasure of working for. His Knowledge of food was overwhelming at times. The Stories we told in the Hartford Civic Center Chef's Office will long be remembered. He was the biggest influence to my culinary career and was by far my greatest teacher. A sad, sad day. Great Chef, Great Man!!!! We lost a good one!

Rosemary, Ann and your family, I am so sorry for your loss. Peter was a wonderful person. Uncle Pete, We were not close but you were my only Uncle and I will miss you and all your funny jokes but most of all I want to thank you for being there for my dad your brother Bill .
