Yvette (Ayotte) Plourde, 89, widow of Fernand Plourde, died Tuesday, December 4, at Alzheimer's Resource Center, Plantsville, Connecticut.
She was born January 20, 1923 in St. Agatha, Maine, and was the daughter of the late Josephel and Marie (Albert) Ayotte. She was a former parishioner of St. Agatha Church and a former member of Les Dames-de-Ste.-Anne, St. Agatha.
Yvette is survived by a son, Maurice and his wife Wanda of Plainville; three daughters, Greta Plourde and Rita Wilkinson of Bristol; Doris and her husband, Robert Beaulieu of Glastonbury, Conn; six grandchildren, Sharon Plourde, Donna Gorneault, Janice Plourde, Kirt Wilkinson, Scott Plourde, and Christine Morgan; 10 great grandchildren; one brother Alcide and his wife Gisele; and three sisters, Annette Nadeau, Aurore Pelletier, Hilda Bosse and many nieces and nephews.
Yvette was predeceased by her three sons, Gerald, Clayton and James; one daughter in law Carol (St.Onge) Plourde; two brothers, Leonide and Lawrence; three sisters, Cora Albert, Cecile Ouellette and Claire Nadeau.
Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday Dec. 8th at 10:00 A.M. at St. Agatha Catholic Church Main St., St. Agatha, Maine. Burial will be private in St. Agatha Cemetery.
